Requests for Refund or Transfer

Two of our Nine Core Values are RESPONSIBILITY and PERSEVERANCE.  We believe children learn best by example, and showing up for class is an easy way to practice being responsible and honoring one’s commitments.  If you find your schedule no longer allows your child to attend classes but they have already been registered and payment has been received, we offer two options:

   REQUEST FOR REFUND:
  • Requests for refund will have a $10 processing fee that will be deducted PER REGISTRATION being refunded.
  • If refund is requested AFTER classes have started, attendance in class will be verified and $10 per class attended, per participant will be withheld from any refund.
  • Refunds will be issued via check and mailed to the address on file.  Requests are processed one time per week.
  • Requests must be made in writing prior to the following dates.  Requests made after the dates listed will not be eligible for refund.
    • Session #1 = April 21, 2019 @ 11:59pm
    • Session #2 = June 16, 2019 @ 11:59pm
    • Session #3 = August 25, 2019 @ 11:59pm
  REQUEST FOR TRANSFER:
  • Available option for registrations in Session #1 and Session #2 only.  Session #3 is not eligible for transfer, and will be handled via the “Request for Refund” policy above.
  • Requests to transfer to a different session will have no penalty.
  • If refund is requested AFTER classes have started, attendance in class will be verified and may be denied if student has already attended classes.
  • Transfer requests must be made prior to the following dates.  Requests made after the dates listed below will not be eligible for transfer.
    • Session #1 = April 21, 2019 @ 11:59pm
    • Session #2 = June 16, 2019 @ 11:59pm
    • Session #3 = n/a
